Is having Million Dollar Producers about ego or is it good business sense?

That depends on your business plan.

If you want a high growth agency, you need producers that produce.

If you just want to sustain what you have, it’s not a big deal.

The obvious problem with a $300,000 producer after 20 years is they only provided $15,000 of annual growth to your agency.  Hardly significant.
