Picture Perfect

Ask a question that gets the prospect to see a gap between their current service and the ideal service they could be receiving.

Take Away

Take away the benefit you just got the prospect to imagine.  Suggest that it may not be that important.  If the prospect disagrees, you know it matters.

Vision Box

Get the prospect to describe exactly what they want so you can box it for them as deliverables.

Replay

Replay the deliverables to the prospect to confirm you understand what they want.

White Flag

Instead of asking the prospect for their business, ask what they would like to do at this point.  Get the prospect to invite you in.

Rehearsal

Take the prospect through a rehearsal of how to go about firing or not hiring the competition to affirm that they will take action.
